Our Returns & Exchanges Policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of goods; refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.

The policies below are provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable laws.

 

Returns or Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested via email.
  • Returns or exchanges without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorisation.
  • Our system automatically cancels pending return requests after 7 days if no action is taken. Once cancelled, we will assume you have decided to keep the product, and the return authorisation will expire.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
  • As indicated on the product page for specific products, if you choose to return the product due to a change of mind or incorrect choices, only store credit will be provided.
  • For non-warranty returns, shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges.

 

Return or Exchange of Free Shipping Orders

  • Returns: If the remaining total of the order, after deducting the returned product(s), falls below our free shipping threshold of $99, the original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges.

 

Sale and Bundle Items

  • For sale or bundled items, no refunds are available for incorrect choices or change of mind.

 

Faulty Items

  • Faulty item returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the return authorisation. If tracking information or the item is not received within this 7-day window, the request will be automatically cancelled by our system and any late returns may be declined.
  • We will provide a replacement for the faulty item if one is currently in stock and available.
  • If the product is unavailable, we’ll offer credit or a refund matching the item’s purchase value.
  • Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were deemed faulty at the time of delivery.

 

Warranty

  • All warranty claims must be submitted via email.
  • Please include as much information as you can and upload supporting video or photographs to assist in processing your claim.
  • All products come with a 12-month ‘Manufacturer’s Warranty’ unless otherwise stated. Any warranty claim will be directed to the manufacturer. The warranty is for reasonable domestic use only; it does not cover the use of the products in a commercial vehicle.
  • The warranty does not cover comfort or other personal preferences.
  • The warranty for a replacement falls within the original warranty, with coverage starting from the original purchase date.

 

Impact of Tesla System Updates on Warranty

  • Our aftermarket electronic products are guaranteed to work at the time of purchase. However, if Tesla makes any changes to the vehicle’s system through over-the-air (OTA) updates that affect or disable the products’ functions, this will not be covered under our warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any issues caused by such updates.
