Returns & Exchanges

Please check your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues promptly.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of goods; returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.

The policies below are provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable laws.

 

Returns

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested via email.
  • Returns or exchanges without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorisation.
  • Our system automatically cancels pending return requests after 7 days if no action is taken. Once cancelled, we will assume you have decided to keep the product, and the return authorisation will expire.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
  • As indicated on the product page for specific products, if you return the product for a change of mind or a wrong choice, only store credit will be provided.

 

Exchanges

For a change of mind or a wrong choice, we process exchanges as a return plus a new order, rather than a direct swap. This means:

  1. You send the item back to us.
  2. We issue a refund for the returned product back to your original payment method. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
  3. You place a new order for the replacement item you need. Our standard flat-rate shipping of £3.90 applies at checkout.

Faulty or incorrect items are handled differently. Please see the Faulty or Incorrect Items section below.

 

Shipping Costs on Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (£3.90) are strictly non-refundable for change-of-mind returns or wrong choices.
  • Replacement Orders: Any new order placed as part of an exchange will incur our standard £3.90 flat-rate shipping at checkout.

 

Sale and Bundle Items

  • Sale and bundle items can’t be refunded for a change of mind or a wrong choice.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent you the wrong item, here’s what happens:

  1. Email us with photos or a video showing the problem.
  2. We check your claim and let you know which of these to do:
    • Send it back: We pay for the return shipping. Please send the item (or give us the tracking details) within 7 days of getting our return approval, or the request will be cancelled automatically.
    • Make it unusable: To save you time, we may ask you to break the item so it can’t be used (for example, cut it in half, snap off the clips or mounts, or cut the cable), then email us a photo.
  3. We sort it out: Once we get the item back or receive your photo, we’ll send you a replacement. If it’s out of stock, we’ll give you store credit or a full refund of what you paid.

Please note: This only covers items that were faulty or wrong when they arrived. If a problem shows up later, please see our Warranty section below.

 

Warranty

  • All warranty claims must be submitted via email.
  • Please include as much information as you can and upload supporting video or photographs to assist in processing your claim.
  • All products come with a 12-month ‘Manufacturer’s Warranty’ unless otherwise stated. Any warranty claim will be directed to the manufacturer. The warranty is for reasonable domestic use only; it does not cover products used in a commercial vehicle.
  • The warranty does not cover comfort or other personal preferences.
  • A replacement item is covered for the rest of the original warranty, which starts from the original purchase date.

 

Impact of Tesla System Updates on Warranty

  • Our aftermarket electronic products are guaranteed to work with your vehicle at the time of purchase. Tesla’s over-the-air (OTA) updates are outside our control. If an OTA update affects or disables a product’s functions, this is not covered under our warranty, as the cause is a change to the vehicle rather than the product.
