Orders ship from our warehouse in Birmingham.
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the courier tracking number.

We use a range of couriers to keep shipping costs low and pass the savings on to you.
Orders are delivered without a signature by default. If you need a signature on delivery, please leave a note at checkout.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us straight away.

You can book your own courier or Uber to pick up your order from our warehouse for same-day or overnight delivery.
We don’t offer these services ourselves, as we can’t guarantee delivery times or be responsible for delays.
