Pricing

• All prices are in British Pounds and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice (Error & Omissions Excepted).
• Prices and offers on this site may vary from prices in other online platforms due to specific sales and promotions. These promotions and prices will only be available on the specific online platforms and not this site. Sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of installation and maintenance.
• Provided we meet our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.
• You will pay all other applicable taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs which may be payable (if any).

Products

• All products are aftermarket accessories, not genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products.
• Its customer’s responsibility to check product fitment and quality before installation. All installations are at the customer’s own risk, see Disclaimer section below for details.
• If a product is out of stock, it will be removed from the order. We do not accept backorders.
• All products made in China.

Warranty

• All products come with a 12-month Return to Base (RTB) warranty unless otherwise stated. Any warranty claim will be directed to the manufacturer. The warranty is only for reasonable domestic use only; it does not cover the use of the products in a commercial vehicle.
• Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the receipt.

Liability

• All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
• We will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
• We limit our liability to the replacement, or replacement cost and the delivery cost, of the relevant goods at our option.
• All products are for DIY installation only, we take no responsibility for labour charges in the event of product defects.
• If your vehicle requires a warranty repair, make sure to remove any aftermarket accessories related to the affected parts before returning it to the dealer. We are not responsible if the dealer declines the claim due to these accessories.

Risk

• Risk that your vehicle dealer may decline a warranty claim if aftermarket accessories are installed.
• Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods passes to you on delivery, or if you state to leave goods at certain location, at the time goods are placed there.

Disclaimer

• The policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
• For all contents on this website and in its emails, errors and omissions excepted.
• Our aftermarket electronic products are guaranteed to work at the time of purchase. However, if Tesla makes any changes to the vehicle’s system through over-the-air (OTA) updates that affect or disable the products’ functions, this will not be covered under our warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any issues caused by such updates.
• All installations are at the customer’s own risk. We hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failures when using any aftermarket products. By purchasing any aftermarket product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that we hold no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
